POST-SALE/EVICTION

Our Post-Sale and Eviction Departments manage the steps necessary to move a foreclosed property,occupied or not, out onto the market. Most notably, our Eviction Department has established key relationships with court clerks, court officers and process servers, and a network of attorneys that,collectively, expedite processes and keep costs as low as possible. Accordingly, our services follow timelines established by Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and private investors, and comply with all applicable fee guidelines.
